When God Is Working In Our Lives He Plants A Firm Foundation For Us But It Is Up To Us To Follow His Will. Do You Listen When God Is Trying To Get Your Attention Or Are You Hard Headed? We All Have Been Created In The Image Of God, Sovereign God. We All Have Been Put Together By The Hands Of God. We Have To Realize Our Body Ages and It Deteriorates and We Are Not Going To Live Forever. Lets Thank The Lord For All We Get To See. One Day We Will Die and One Day We Will Face The King. 2. Deliverance Involves Finding Out.
Only With God You Can Find Deliverance. Apart From God We Are Nothing. We Become Helpless and Hopeless If We Do Not Have God In Our Lives.
3. Deliverance Involves Faith
John 3:16 For God So Loved The World He Gave His One and Only Son,That Whoever Believes In Him Shall Not Perish But Have Eternal Life.
4. Deliverance Involves Following.
We Have To Follow God To Experience God.

He Also Uses People Like You and Me To Do Ministry. Lets Just Face It. There Is A Wide Arrange Of Needs. Life Is Really Hard For Some People As Well. This Is Why Its So Important For Gods People To Step Up and Serve.
2.God Is Pleased With Ministry
Sacrifice Is Well Pleasing To God. The Ministry That We Do For God Is Well Pleasing To Him Also. So If You Want To Please God Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone and Do Ministry.
3.God Supplies All Needs For Ministry
Supply Means To Fill Up. All Is Used Here To Mean Each,Every,All Behold. God Is Not Limited. He Can Supply Mine and Your Needs To Do Ministry.
4.God Is The Reason For Ministry
God Gave His Life For You and For Me. The Blood He Shed was For Us and All He Asks Of Us Is To Follow Him,Trust Him, Believe In Him,Surrender To Him and Have Faith In Him.
5.God Is Glorified Through Ministry

Contentment Is Something We Have To Learn. Here Are Some Lessons That Can Teach Us Contentment. 1. You Have To Know Who Reigns Over Your Life. The Father Takes Care Of His People. The More You Know Intimately The More Content You Will Be. 2. Do Not Let Your Circumstances Dictate Your Contentment. In Our Weak Moments That's Easy To Do At Times. 3. All Of This Looks and Sounds Great Right? There Is A Lot Of People Who Have Everything and Anything They Want and They Are Still Miserable. Why Are They Miserable Folks? They Are Miserable Because They Don't Know What The True Meaning Of Christmas Is!! A Savior Was Born and We Call Him Jesus. This Is Why We Celebrate!! So Are You In The Christmas Spirit? When We Are In The True Christmas Spirit We Receive His Promises. God Takes Care Of His Children and Remember With God All Things Are Possible. New York Times Did A Poll On Americans and Christmas. 46% Believe Christmas Is A Religious Holiday. 45% Do Not Believe Christmas Is A Religious Holiday. 9% Believe Christmas Is Both A Religious and A Culture Holiday. The Spirit Of Antichrist Is Alive and Well Folks. Atheist Put Assault On Christians and Liberals Take Attention Away For Christians. The Truths Of The Spirit Are Very Important In Life. Some Are Of God and Some Are Not Of God. Its Our Responsibility To Test Them To See If They Are Of God. The Teaching Of Gods Word Is Very Clear That We Should Love One Another. That All Brothers and Sisters Of Christ Should Love As Christ Loves Us. Here Are Some Doctrinal Truths Of Why Its So Vitally Important For Me and For You To Recognize and Celebrate The Birth Of Christ. 1. Its Important Because It Recognizes The Manifestation Of The Love Of God. The Father Sent His Only Son To Be Born. This Is Not Some Small Event. God Promised A Son To Be Born. This Shows How Much God Loves You And Me. If You Stop and Think For one Minute. There Is A World Of People That Needs To Know How Much God Loves Them. When We as Christians Don't Demonstrate How Much God Loves. Its Like We Are Denying The Incarnation Of Man. (Denying God Became Man) Its So Meaningful To Know That God Loves Me. What About You? Is It Meaning For You? Its So Humbling To Know That God Sent His Only Begotten Son So That He Could Die For You and For Me. 2. To Recognize The Incarnation Of Man. God Was Born Through Mary As A Virgin. The Soul That Sinneth Should Die. To Be Redeemed God Had To Take Human Flesh. When Mary Gave Birth To Jesus It Redeemed Us From Our Sin. 3. Recognize The Realization Of Salvation. We Look By Faith and Believe Salvation Is Real. We Are All Sinners That's Just Our Nature. We Have To Believe The Gift Of God Is Through Jesus Christ. We Also Have To Believe That Our Salvation Does Not Come Through By Good Works. To Really Get To Jesus You Have To Spend Time With Him. If You Do Not You Will Never Develop A True Relationship With Him. Just Think How Can You Possibly Talk To Someone You Don't Know. Its Really hard To Share Personal Things To Someone You Don't Even Know. Once You Spend Time With Him and Make It A Daily Routine To Study With Him Your Life Will Forever Be Changed. Its Known For The Sermon On The Ground. In That Sermon He Confronted Errors That Live In Peoples Lives. No Man Can Serve Two Masters. You Cannot Serve God and Mammon and The Most Dangerous Place You Can Be Is On The Fence About It. We Have To Realize Its A Sin When Our Possessions Have Us. We Have To Put Eyes On The Lord and Things Of The Lord. If Our Eye Is Good Our Body Has Light. If Our Eye Is Bad There Is Going To Be Darkness And We Become People Of Little Faith or We Dont't Have Faith At All. So What Is Putting First Things First? The Teaching Of Gods Word Is Very Clear That We Need To Seek First The Kingdom Of God. This Means We Have To Look For And Discover But Also Think. We Have To Also Submit To The Lord. We Cannot Be Adam and Eve. If We Find Ourselves Taking or Doing Things That We Are Not Suppose To Be Doing. That Is Not Being Submissive To Our Lord. You Will Find Yourself Empty and Not Full Of The Lord. When We Choose Not To Submit Its Is Considered Treason!! Sin Will Take You Further Than You Want To Go,Longer Than You Want To Stay and Cost You More Than You Want To Pay!! So Lets Submit and Seek and Let God Work In Our Lives!! The Second Thing We need To Seek Is Righteousness In Our Lives. We Have To Find and Discover Good Character Like Our Lord. Christ Did Not Die For Us To Lose The Race. He Died For Us To Have Victory. Sunday morning worship at Crossroads Baptist Church. Today the Sermon is on Peace and how life can be so Hectic without it. Is your life Hectic? Do you want Peace in your life? The Reality is everyone wants Peace in there Life but Peace comes with a lot of responsibilities. Our Hearts are Restless until we have that inner Peace with The Lord. We can just come to reality for a second and face it. We all are human and we all struggle with sin. Living by Gods word is the biggest Challenge you will ever face in your life. We as Christian have to realize. If we desire to have Peace there are Actions that need to take place. You also have to remember this is not just a one time deal its a Lifetime deal. The first thing we need to do is avoid inactivity but also have to overcome it. We as Christians have to abide and Trust in The Lord. We also have to realize God does not Bless inactivity. The second point is we have to acknowledge The Teachings Of Gods Word and we have to act on it. We have to stand fast in The Lord and know That For with God all things are possible. Its very important to Rejoice Always Within The Lord. Let your KINDNESS and your ACTIONS shine on others. The third point is Accept The Lord. When you Accept The Lord that comes with big responsibility. This is for all people not just a few. The fourth point is Act We have to Act In Faith and be in fellowship with The Lord. Let me tell you all there is no Peace like the Peace with The Lord. If we walk in The Light Of The Lord. We will be at Peace with Him. My Prayer is that we all have Peace with The Lord and remember to act on it. He Is The Light,The Truth, The Way, Hes The Only God Who Saves!!

Sunday morning worship at Crossroads Baptist Church. Today's Sermon is on Worrying and Being Overly Anxious. When we as Christians are Stand Fast In The Lord. Worrying is Not Possible, Not Natural and It's Foolish. We cannot let Worry and Being Overly Anxious consume us. When we let this happen we are Rejecting God. Turn in your Bible to Matthew Chapter 13: 3-18. Worrying is wrong thinking. How can we program our Hearts not to Worry or be Anxious? We as Christians have to be Anxious for nothing and make our request be known To God. We have to talk to God about our problems and bring every circumstance To Him weather its good or bad. We have to Pray. We as Christians have to understand that Prayer is more than words. Prayer is being in the presence of The Lord. We are Calm when we are in the presence of The Lord. As we are approaching Thanksgiving being Thankful is a very important way not to be Anxious or worried. We as Christians need to be giving Thanks to God and be conscious of what God has done for us. Thanksgiving is also our Duty and its our Delight. We as Christians also need to have Peace. When we have Peace God brings things together. Only God can give us Peace. Here are three Attentions That Our Hearts Need. The first one is, To Protect Our Hearts. We need to understand that disagreement causes division. The second one is, We Have To Purify Our Hearts. To do that you have to be like minded. The Lord is the only one who can break the chains of disunity. The third one is, We Have To Program Our Hearts. We have to teach our Hearts how to perform and act. By doing this you have to study Gods word and believe that it has no error. When you do this you can Truly Rejoice In The Lord. Sunday morning worship at Crossroads Baptist Church. This morning the Sermon is on The Foot Holes Of The Truth. We as Christians have to stand fast In The Lord. We cant give up or let our past haunt us. In doing this we cant let the devil win. We all face battles in this life but its our choice of how we let them define us. The Christian walk is not easy but Pastor John Preached on three Truths. The first one is. The Truth Of Contrast. We as Christians have to follow by example. When we are saved we are different from the world. All things are made new and we become righteous. We have a Love for The Brethren. We have different rules from the world. The next Truth is the Truth Of Citizenship. When we as Christians have this truth. We have a place in Heaven we call home. Turn in your Bible to Revelation Chapter 21:1.
God is going to abide with us and we are going to abide in Him. God shall wipe away all the tears,pain,sorrow and death. Oh what a Joyous day that will be. The next Truth is The Truth Of Christ. We as Christians look for the Deliverer. We are waiting for The Lord to take us home. Our Citizenship is in Heaven. Here is an important question to ask yourself. Is The Lord your Savior or your Judge? This is very important because you cant be born again unless He is your Savior. The Tomb is empty. If we are not Teachable we cannot Thrive to be Better Christians. The Sermon was also on two very important messages. The first message was on. Warning enemies of The Cross. The enemy needs to hear the Gospel and not be of the world. If they are going to be of the world. The teaching of Gods Word is very clear about being of the world. If you are going to be of the world that means you are self centered and that leads down the road of destruction and straight to Hell. Josh mention the word Fraternizing. This word means associate or form a friendship with someone especially when one is not suppose to. We cannot Fraternize with the enemy and be Christian. If we do we are no different than they are. The second message is about Encouragement. The action of giving someone support,confidence or Hope. We as Christians have Heaven to look forward to my friends. This is our Destiny if we are Truly Christians. Our bodies belong to God. Our Power is in God not us. This Race is about Maturity. Those who have grown and have put no Confidence in their Flesh. They are not trying to be Righteous before God. The Mature Christian understands that they are made Righteous through Christ. This is very important because if you READ The BIBLE and STUDY The BIBLE. You will know that those who are IN Christ Jesus are ACCEPTED By God. Your ACCEPTANCE is being In Christ Jesus. As Christians we have to also be aware of false teachings. Some people think your works get you Salvation and Righteousness. Folks it does not work that way. You have to understand that Righteousness is by The GRACE Of God ALONE. Being Made Righteous comes from ones REPENTANCE of their SIN,Confession who Jesus Christ is Receiving Him By FAITH as Their Lord and Savior. The First Adam Was Tempted To Sin and He Did. Do You Remember When Adam Took Of The Fruit and Ate It? The Second Adam Was Sinless. He Was Perfect Divine Of Human Nature. He Was Impeccable. This Means He Could Not Sin. God Was Holy He Never Sinned.. 40 Days Jesus Fasted and At The End Of The 40 Days He Was Hungry. He Was Weekend Physically and At This Time Satan Came To Tempt Him. Here Are 3 Ways That Temptations Effect Us. 1. Tempted By Desire. The Devil Came To Him To Use Him As Sin. When Jesus Came He Lived As A Human Being. In Deuteronomy Jesus Spoke To His People and Said LOOK!! My Job Is To Save People From There Sins!! If You Let Satan In He Will Try To Gain Full Victory Over You.. Let Me Ask You This. What Desires Do You Have In Life? 2. To Doubt God. The Devil Knows Scripture and He Will Twist It and Misinterpret It. He Will Have You Right Where He Wants You. Jesus Came Down To The Water Where John Was And Said Baptize Me. John Said No!! Then He Said I Need To Be Baptized Of You!! He Knew He Was Fully God and Sinless. We Have To Understand Jesus Was Not Born Of Adam But Of Women.. What Was Significant Of Jesus Baptism? Well Everything Was Significant About His Baptism But Here Are Some Things We Can Focus On As Well. The Affirmation Of John. Look Upon The Lord Jesus He Is The Only One Who Can Save You. What Happens When We Chose To Neglect Gods Word.The Teaching Of Gods Word Is Very Clear That We Must Instruct and Believe Jesus Christ. We All Know That There Are Some People That Don't Accept Gods Word. We Have People Who Question Gods Word. We Have People Who Neglect Gods Word. The Lord Is Our Creator,He Gives Off Brightness Of His Glory, All Things Come Together and He Purges Our Sins and He Is Lord!! Christ Told All To Repent and Follow Me,Trust Me,Serve Me and Know That I Am Coming Again. Christ Says Depart From Me and I Will Never Know You. Stop and Think For A Minuet. What Has The Spirit Of God Ever Said To You? Weather You Realize It or Not. He Wants To Be Involved In Our Lives. We Need To Pay Really Close Attention To Him Because When Neglect Him We Often Slip. Our Ship Becomes not Anchored and Our Sails Become Torn. When This Happens The Ship Is Unstable,Worthless and It begins To Sink. This Is What Also Happens To Us Spiritually. We Become Worthless,Unstable and Our Souls Are Lost At Sea. So We As Christians Need To Follow Gods Word and Not Neglect It. We Sure Don't Want To Be Lost At Sea With No Sails and A Whole In The Boat. When We Are Not Anchored Disobedience comes and It Will Bring You To The Bottom Of The Ocean Without An Oxygen Tank. Just Imagine Not Being Able To Breathe and No One There To Help You. That's A Pretty Scary Place If You Ask Me. So Lets Focus On Getting Anchored,Being Committed,Paying Close Attention When God Speaks and Most Importantly Do Not Neglect God. You Know Some People Cover There Ears When It Comes To Being Obedient and Following Gods Will. They Want To Do Just What They Want To Do. The Teaching Of Gods Word Is Very Clear About These Kind Of People. We have To Realize We Got To Pay Close Attention When God Is Trying To Work In Our Lives. If We Don't Pay Close Attention We Will Not Escape and There Is No Escape When We Neglect The Lord. The Spirit May Not Call Again. So Don't Find Yourself At The Bottom Of The Ocean. When God Closes The Door He Is DONE!! Judgment Is Terrible But Salvation Is Great. You can Only Have Salvation Through Jesus Christ. When You Have Salvation You Have Joy and Peace In Your Heart. Its like living our lives as Seasons. You know Seasons come and the go. They are also never the same either. There is one thing that is always the same and it never changes. Can you guess what it is? Well if you are studying Gods word you should know what it is right? Yes it is Gods Word!! Gods word never changes and it has no Error. If you believe that Gods word has error and it changes you cannot and will not get His blessings nor will your life be fulfilled. Here are a few things that we need to apply to our lives. Wisdom, Living Wisely. We should always Strive to Live Wisely. If we do not approach life by being wise. We will get caught up in Sin and that leads to major consequences. Learning Knowledge is a great key to approaching life. When we study Gods Word we gain great Knowledge. Then we can apply it to our lives so that we can live accordingly to Gods Will. We also have to understand Wisdom. We have to approach GODS WORD WITH CARE. If we do not approach Gods word with care. You are more likely not to understand it nor will you be able to apply it pleasing to God. Always take reading Gods word SERIOUS. If you don't you will not get clear understanding of what it says. THE BIBLE IS THE BREATH OF LIFE. When you study it. It becomes live and personal for you and for me. Thats why it is so important to approach it with care. You never know what kind of struggle or pain someone is going through unless they are willing to share. When we open Gods word the Bible becomes alive. The words on the pages we study to gain wisdom so that we can apply it to our lives and act on it. Gods word is also there for us to live a Fulfilled Life. Its the life of Royalty. We also need to Respect The Word Of God. In doing so you have to Study Gods word. Thats the only way to go for applying it to our lives. Of course you can Rebel but that leads down a sinful road. Sunday night worship at Crossroads Baptist Church. Tonight's Sermon is on Praising and Giving Thanks To The Lord because He is Good and His Mercy Endures Forever.. When you see the word Goodness it has a special meaning. It means Extraordinary,Kindness and Faithfulness. So just stop and think for a minute. If this word has this kind of meaning. Get you a pen and some paper and write down some ways in which The Lord has been Good and Faithful in your life. After you do this please Pray and give Him Thanks. Pastor John Preached on five ways in which The Lord has been Good and Faithful. The first one was Leads. Just think if we did not have the Lord to lead us and direct us. We would be so lost but with Jesus we can be found. The second way is He Satisfies. He Satisfies the ones who long for Him. The Third way is He Heals. WOW!! If we as Christians did not have the Healing Hands Of Jesus. I cant hardly even think about not Having Him in my life. I have seen Him do mighty Healing in the years I have been on this earth. He has Healed friends, family, myself and people I do not even know. To look back It nearly about takes my breath to think about not having Jesus. The fourth way is Jesus Clams The Storm. No matter what you are going through He can Clam you and make a way for you. The fifth way is He Loves. No matter what Jesus Loves Us. If you are having a rough week or just a rough day and think nobody cares. Well you are wrong. Jesus Loves you and He Loves me. No matter what you have done in this life there is still time to bring all your burdens to The Cross. He will Lead,Satisfy,Heal,Calm The Storm and He Loves.. Sunday Pastor Appreciation Night.. We are so Grateful to have Two Pastors that teach the reading of Gods Word. Not only do they teach Gods Word they tend to their sheep. With that being said they spend their life meeting the needs of other people. Thats the meaning of a True Servants Heart. Just think for a minute. Spending the rest of your life meeting the needs of other people? Thats a lot of responsibility if you ask me. This is what Our Pastors and their families at Crossroads Baptist Church do. They spend time with our families which is their families which is our families. Thats a lot of family at Crossroads Baptist Church. This is why our Family Loves this Church. The first day we visited this Church we felt like family. That says a lot about a Church. We are so Grateful to be a part of Crossroads Baptist Church. Sunday night service at Crossroads Baptist Church. The sermon tonight is on Wisdom in a positive way. When we as Christians think of Wisdom what does that really mean? Who is wise? Who is like the wise? What does Wisdom look like in a Christians life? I know this is a lot of questions to ask ourselves but this is really important when it comes to our Christian walk with the Lord. When we have Wisdom we have to know Authority is Given By God. You can have Authority without wisdom but that leads down the road of destruction and false teachings. To have Wisdom you also have to respect Authority even when things do not go your own way. This is very important as well because man has no power over God. God has the power over us and when things don't go our way. We as Christians need to Pray for the people over us that have the Authority. This is called following The Way. We as Christians cant Follow the way unless we Know The way and Understand The Way. Do You see why Wisdom is so important in our Christian Walk. To have Wisdom in a Godly perceptive. You have to be wise in what you do,Know Authority is given by God,Follow The Way,Know The Way,Understand The Way and Recognize Adversity. To Understand The Way you have to read The Bible. To Recognize Adversity you have to Rely on God. No man can stop death and wickedness will never deliver you. You have to realize we are nothing on our own and with God His power is all we need. The Gift Of Giving is one who gives or shares their own possessions and they should do this in Liberality. Liberality is the quality of GIVING or SHARING FREELY. This Gift also allows one not to be attached to their belongings. These people who give freely give of themselves not for themselves. This is very important to understand because we all know that all people do not give Freely. When you want to be Blessed from the Church when you Give.
